MC1 Captain Royce "Ice" Anderson. Basically this guy exactly but his hair is longer on the top - covers his forehead more - and his eyes are dark brown.

MC1 is a captain like the other OC you did so here's the same pic again. Silver bars for his rank on his collar like hers. 
MC2 Corporal Dylan "Hazard" Mitchell
This is the face and body for MC2. His hair color is black and in a buzz cut. Eye color is green with gold flecks. And no beard, just a little 5 o'clock shadow.

Reference for MC2's rank. Background is black. Chevron is green and star is white. But he's a corporal so he'll have two green Chevrons instead of one like the previous MC.
Uniforms for both MCs. I'd like to do like the previous art with Legion over the left pocket and their last name over the right pocket. The writing can be in white. MC1s sleeves should be rolled all the way down. MC2s sleeves can be rolled up.
MC1 Ice pose. You can draw him facing the front if that's easier. And with the mask off version just a neutral expression.
MC2 Hazard pose
Uniform reference. Plain green with pants tucked into black combat boots. The green I have for my branding is 1e3903 so close to that color would be great. Minus the hat. T-shirt underneath the top. Gray for MC1 and darker green for MC2.
Center guy is the reference. I like the way his shirt is kinda short and pants are not so loose.
The uniform shirt should have a pocket on each side. Above the right pocket the word LEGION. Above the left pocket is the name. MC 1 is HAYES. MC 2 is BELL.
Reference for MC 1. Same hair color. Facial hair is okay. Hair should be short on top. Height 6'2.
MC 1 has gray eyes.
MC 1 is a captain. His uniform should have gray/silver bars on the collar like hers. His name is Hayes on his uniform shirt.
Reference for MC 2. Hair color is light brown/dark blonde. Eyebrows dark. No facial hair. Height 5'9.
MC 2's hair color is close to this. Curls like this on top but shaved close on sides.
MC 2 has honey gold/amber eyes
MC 2 is a Lance Corporal. His rank will go on his collar like this.
