Hello, Reader Friends! I’m here with news on my upcoming publishing schedule. Before I get into that, I want to share the reasons why I haven’t published anything in so long.
As many of you know, I had a hysterectomy in order to remove multiple fibroid tumors last fall. It was successful and I no longer have the constant pain and low energy that made it difficult to write. Yay! However, I was struggling trying to work a full-time job and be a self-published author at the same time. I finally accepted that doing both simply wasn’t feasible for me. Some authors are able to do it but I am not one of them. It was hard to focus on writing while also taking care of other obligations. And to be honest I was just too damn tired after working eight hours to sit down and write a book and do promo. I didn’t want to give up writing so this year I’m going to give being a full-time author a try. So, what book will I be publishing first? My pick will disappoint some of you and make others happy. I’m currently working on Blood Debt, book two in the Sanguis Syndicate series. Although I was writing Alpha’s Honor, I decided to temporarily set it aside and publish Blood Debt instead for two reasons. First, Blood Debt was mostly finished. I only had a few chapters left when I shelved it to work on Alpha Awakened. And since I no longer have day job income, I thought it was best to go with the book that I could publish fastest in order to replace that income. Second, I wanted to get Blood Debt to readers because I felt bad for cancelling it. Although several readers let me know that they understood, I knew that I had hurt them by saying a book was coming and then not following through with releasing it. And that bothered me. I don’t want to be the author who lets down her readers. So I decided to fix that mistake by publishing Blood Debt. After that, I will finish Blood Rivals since I’d also cancelled that book. My goal is to publish Blood Rivals this summer. Then I will return to working on Alpha’s Honor, with a goal of publishing it toward the end of this year. I have no firm deadlines so I don’t stress myself out trying to meet them. This is just a rough estimate for how this year should shape up. I will share the release date for Blood Debt next week. There are a few things I want to tidy up first to make sure that everything is in order for a smooth release. And that’s my news! I’m excited to be able to devote my time and energy to writing the way that I want to. I hope this leads to some great stories and I hope that you will enjoy them! Thanks for reading and I’ll see you next week with the release date for Blood Debt. Love, Christa 3/13/2026 08:04:24 pm

Reading intermittent fasting books can be a great way to learn the science and strategies behind fasting. Many books explain different fasting methods and how they affect metabolism and weight management. They often include meal plans, tips, and real-life success stories. Beginners can benefit from expert advice provided in these books. Choosing well-reviewed books can help build a safe and effective fasting routine. Comments are closed.
